Temples, fêtes traditionnelles, arts martiaux et cuisine légendaire.

Choisir un voyage axé sur la culture et les traditions en Chine, c'est accepter de naviguer entre 4 000 ans d'histoire impériale et l'effervescence de mégalopoles tournées vers demain. C'est marcher dans les pas des empereurs Ming au matin, partager un thé avec un calligraphe l'après-midi, puis dîner face aux gratte-ciel de Pudong.

Nos itinéraires culturels traversent les grandes régions patrimoniales du pays. Au nord, Pékin déroule la Cité Interdite et ses 9 999 pièces, avant de filer vers les remparts de Pingyao ou les grottes bouddhiques de Yungang, près de Datong. Au centre, Xi'an garde les 8 000 soldats de terre cuite de l'empereur Qin, et le temple de Shaolin perpétue l'art martial qui y est né au VIᵉ siècle.

Mais la culture chinoise ne se résume pas aux musées. Elle se vit dans les ruelles, sur les marchés, dans les villages. Nos guides francophones, basés à Pékin et Shanghai, vous ouvrent des portes plus discrètes :

  • une matinée de tai-chi dans un parc avec des habitués du quartier ;
  • un atelier de cuisine cantonaise ou sichuanaise chez l'habitant ;
